Founder and President Mitch Fisher, CFP has been in the financial services and investment industry since 1974. He is the principal architect and investment manager for the firm’s distinctive clients.

President and CFP Mitch Fisher has been in the financial services and investment industry since 1974. Pacific Sun Financial Corp was incorporated in 1985. The professional staff of Pacific Sun Financial Corp has attended nationally recognized and respected colleges and universities. Mitch Fisher earned a BA degree from Claremont McKenna College and the designation of Certified Financial Planner. Judy Slone earned a BA degree from Arizona State and a Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. Ryan Fisher, Attorney at Law, earned a BA degree from UC Santa Barbara, a JD degree from Southwestern Law School, and passed the California Bar Exam. Lou Ann Nokoff attended Baldwin Wallace University and served on the Board of Directors for the National Charity League. Karen Fisher attended UC Berkeley, earned a BA degree from UCLA, a Teaching Credential from USC and a Masters Degree from Cal State LA.
