From schematic design through final certification, we act in partnership to provide our clients with the technical expertise required to meet their program requirements. We encourage direct communication from project team members at all levels because we believe that fostering an environment of open access prevents small questions from becoming big problems and ensures consistently successful outcomes. Pando Alliance was established in 2010 to provide expert third-party green building certifications and related services to construction and design professionals. With our roots in the Greater Baltimore region, we provide quality services throughout Maryland and DC.
