Pareto Offshore AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pareto Securities AS, is a leading provider of offshore rig brokering and advisory services to the global drilling industry and the financial community. Pareto Offshore AS was established in 2004 by acquiring the experienced offshore broker team of Norwegian Offshore Consultants. Pareto Offshore provides services within the sale and purchase of offshore drilling units, brokering newbuild contracts for offshore drilling units and brokering of bareboat or time-charter contracts world-wide. Together with other companies in the Pareto Group, Pareto Offshore is also involved in strategic advisory services and project financing, sale-leaseback, and other financial arrangements.
