Payne & Smith, LLC (P&S) is a full service accounting firm. Our objective is to satisfy the tax, accounting, audit, and consulting needs of our clients. The two founding shareholders have over sixty years of public accounting experience. This overall experience is heavily concentrated in the financial institution industry. Additional expertise includes employee benefit plans, construction contractors, distributorships, wholesalers, and manufacturers. It is our philosophy to be unique by providing the broad range of service and in-depth experience a particular industry demands while at the same time retaining the personal service and responsiveness to meet individual client needs. Each client receives personal attention from all members of our professional group. We want our clients to know each member of the P&S team and not be limited to communicating with one or two people. Our emphasis on the “team” approach requires each professional to be active in daily client service and be sensitive to our client’s needs. We also strive to maintain continuity of professional personnel from one year to the next.
