Plymouth Industrial REIT is a full service, vertically integrated real estate investment company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single and multi-tenant industrial properties. Our mission is to provide tenants with cost effective space that is functional, flexible and safe.
We formed Plymouth Industrial REIT in 2010 to own income producing industrial real estate assets over the long term. Utilizing a proactive approach to real estate investing, we are committed to building shareholder value. Our EXPERIENCE tells us that we should be confident in the future growth of equity REITs.
