RAM Active Investments SA is an independent asset management company dedicated to institutional clients whose sole purpose is the management of investment funds. RAM Active Investments SA has a Swiss Collective Investment Schemes license and is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
2001 Thomas de Saint-Seine joined the group to develop the fund activity. 2003 Launch of the RAM European Equities and RAM North American Equities funds within the RAM (Lux) Systematic Funds SICAV. 2004 Maxime Botti joined the group to work with Thomas on the development and the implementation of their systematic and "bottom-up" approach of stock picking. 2005 Full implementation of the quantitative methodology on RAM European Equities and North American Equities. 2007 Foundation of RAM Active Investments S.A., independent fund management company dedicated to institutional clients. Emmanuel Hauptmann joined RAM Active Investments as Fund Manager within the equity team. The RAM (Lux) Systematic Funds - European Equities fund is awarded by Lipper “Best European Equity Fund over the past 3 years”. 2008 RAM Active Investments is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and operates as “authorised asset manager of collective investments”. 2009 Stéphane Decrauzat joined RAM as Head of Fixed Income to manage the RAM (Lux) Tactical Funds - Diversified Income Fund and to launch the Quality Bond Fund. The equity team takes over the management of Reyl Absolute Return Fund and launches the RAM (Lux) Systematic Funds - Emerging Markets Equities (applying their systematic and "bottom-up" approach of stock picking on global emerging markets’ scope). The RAM (Lux) Systematic Funds - European Equities is awarded by Lipper “Best European Equity Fund over the past 5 years” RAM Active Investments team now comprises 15 professionals. 2010 RAM Active Investments team now in excess of 20 professionals. 2011 Cédric Daras and Gilles Pradère joined RAM as Fund Manager in the Fixed Income Team. RAM Active Investments launches two UCITs L/S equity funds on European Equities and on Emerging Equities markets. 2012 RAM (Lux) Systematic Funds - Emerging Markets Equities celebrates its 3-year track record 2013 RAM Active Investments (Luxembourg) SA is created, authorised and regulated by the CSSF in Luxembourg RAM Active Investments launches RAM Emerging Markets Core Equities
