FINRA is the Designated Examining Authority that monitors the firm’s compliance with all relevant SEC and FINRA regulations, which include submission of its financial statements and a regulatory net capital computation prepared in accordance with SEC Rule 15c3-1. It obtained its Woman's Business Enterprise Certification as a woman's owned business with the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) in March of 2015, which credentials it as a Diversity Supplier pursuant to Section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Act. A common theme within her client base is a need for core business expertise that spans subject matter silos. These firms are seeking solutions to better manage their execution services and corresponding market data, exchange connectivity and trading technology platforms that can be implemented without increasing head-count or another management layer.
