We offer a free initial consultation meeting so we can discuss your needs and personal circumstances before offering any advice. During this meeting all costs are fully disclosed so that you will understand what service we are providing and how much you will pay. We offer advice in the following areas: Pensions Investments Mortgages Insurance Equity Release Redwood Independent Financial Planning Ltd is an appointed representative of Sense Network Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. How we are remunerated You have the choice to pay for our services through fees or, where possible, commission. In every case any fees or charges are fully explained before proceeding. Typically we do not charge fees for mortgage advice. However, we offer you the choice of paying us a fee instead of us receiving commission from the lender. Where this option is chosen, we charge 1% of the loan amount, for example, a fee of £500 on a loan amount of £50,000. Any commission we receive is then refunded to you. We charge a fee of £500 for Equity Release advice.
