RiverCross™ is an Alternative Trading System (ATS) operated pursuant to Regulation ATS by RiverCross Securities, LLLP, providing a secure and confidential liquidity source for U.S.-registered broker-dealers and their clients.* Our platform offers users a variety of liquidity sources, accommodating block-sized interests, algorithmic postings, and retail orderflow. Orders are handled, not-held, with a secure matching algorithim based on price/time considerations. RiverCross supports the following order types: limit, peg, market, Immediate or cancel (IOC), or book. For subscribers who would like to enter test trades, RiverCross maintains a completely operational staging environment during normal market hours. The staging system is a duplicate of production from a hardware, software, and functionality perspective. Live market data and historical trading scenarios are replayed daily to enhance market participation and real-time interaction. The performance of the staging environment mimics production up to the point of reporting trades to a FINRA facility. Traders can connect to the site and interact with other live and simulated market participants in a secure and controlled environment without exposing their identity. Once connected to the staging environment, the transition to production is minimal.
