The firm of Saunders, Wangsgard & Associates (SWA) began as a grass roots operation in 1984 providing tax assistance and compliance services as well as accounting and financial services. It’s strategic intent is to become a values driven, comprehensive tax, accounting, and financial planning organization dedicated to developing strong relationships and adding unique value to small and medium business owners, families, and individuals. Located in Logan, Utah, SWA grew quickly due to its commitment to the client promulgated by its original founder, David Saunders, CPA. From these humble beginnings, working from a small office in the basement of David’s home, that commitment began and still exists today and is the driving force behind the primary focus of the firm to answer the needs of the client and to help them become successful. In January 2000, David merged his practice with Jeffrey Wangsgard’s practice. Over time the firm acquired other small tax practices and has evolved into a team of experienced and enthusiastic professionals who pride themselves on their dedication towards education.
