Sedore, Jr., and Mark O'Sullivan founded Sedore, an accounting and consulting firm. 1987 Jim F. Letterio merges his practice with Sedore. 2000 Linda M. Hannigan becomes a partner at Sedore. 2001 Karen T. Hansen merges the Hansen & Arnold firm with Sedore. 2005 Moved office from Wappingers Falls to Poughkeepsie. 2008 Charles R. Rae merged his firm, Rae and Company, with Sedore. 2011 Karen T. Hansen retires. 2013 Charles R. Rae retires.
