SILS – Italian Corporate Law Firm was founded in 2011 by Fulvio Pastore-Alinante and Luigi Zumbo, following their experiences as partners in the international law firms Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (at the time member of the PwC-PricewaterhouseCoopers network), Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP e Bryan Cave LLP. SILS is based in Milan and provides legal assis-tance for major Italian companies and multinational groups in the main areas of commercial and corporate law, in cooperation with highly-qualified specialized consultants and, for judicial litigation and arbitration cases, of a well-tested network of correspondents in Italy and abroad. Technical skills, fast deployment of resources, wide experience in understanding and protecting the Clients’ needs, and a proven record in managing international relationships and budgets, are the key elements characterizing the firm and its professionals.
