Joseph C. Sparano began his accounting career in 1973 as a staff accountant in a local Wilmington CPA firm and after opening his own practice in 1980, he, along with his now retired partner, Thomas J. Grabowski, founded the firm of Grabowski & Sparano, CPAs in 1984, which has now evolved into the firm of Sparano, Vincelette & Joiner, CPAs.
