Principals
Deborah Mueggenborg, CPA Managing Partner
Debbie oversees the firm's accounting practice, which serves as the accounting staff for many local small businesses and non-profits. Debbie has an extensive tax practice that encompasses individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and non-profit entities. She has over 40 years of public accounting experience, has served on numerous local boards, and received the 2003 OSCPA Public Service Award.
Jim Nichols, CPA Partner
Jim is experienced in performing financial audits within diversified industries; manufacturing, construction, HUD entities, municipalities, financial institutions, retirement plans, non-profit organizations, HUD lenders and casinos. Jim also has significant experience in performing business valuations. He has over 25 years of public accounting audit experience, including serving in the position of Audit Manager at a large regional firm. Jim has worked in private industry, as an accountant for a prominent sports apparel corporation and as a tax preparer. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group. Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with major studies in accounting from the University of Oklahoma. Jim is a member of the Bartlesville Rotary Club and is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow. He also serves as the Treasurer for several local Non-Profit Organizations.
Daniel Manning, CPA Partner
Danny specializes in individual and business taxation. He has worked in the tax industry for 14 years, including serving as a tax manager at a tax consulting firm in Dallas, TX. Danny is a 2001 Bartlesville High School graduate. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accounts. Danny is also a member of the Bartlesville Rotary Club and Leadership Bartlesville Class XXXI.
Mark Archambo, CPA, CFP® Principal
Mark has been active in the accounting profession for over 40 years and is the founding member of the firm. Mark specializes in estate tax preparation and planning, as well as income tax preparation and planning. Atthough retired from active day-to-day operations, Mark remains available to the firm for tax season consultation.
Tom Barclay, CPA, CFP® Principal
Tom has been in the accounting profession since 1972, working in private industry for the first 10 years. He specializes in individual and business taxation, business consulting and personal financial planning. Tom graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972 and obtained a Masters degree in 1978. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accounts. Tom is also a member of the Bartlesville Rotary Club and a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow.
J. D. Stotts, CPA Principal
J.D. has been active in the accounting profession for 53 years specializing in individual, partnership, and corporate taxes. Although retired from active day-to-day operations, J.D. remains available to the firm for tax season consultation.
