Telos Ventures

To make disciples through building God-glorifying Gospel-centered ventures. Used in Romans 10:4, the Apostle Paul writes that, “Christ is the culmination (telos) of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.” Jesus was sent with the purpose to redeem and renew the world and at Telos, we believe that our lives and our work must reflect this purpose. Telos Ventures is a global gospel-centered community accelerator, coworking space and early-stage venture fund that encourages and equips entrepreneurs and investors to be on mission with God and make an impact on the world. Gospel-centered ventures put Christ at the center to serve the world, foster innovation, shape organizational culture and embrace a broad stakeholder perspective. (definition used with thanks from Redeemer Presbyterian Church’s Center for Faith and Work) We believe that bringing circles of entrepreneurs, investors and partners together around Gospel-centered ventures to discern and be obedient to God’s will is a great vehicle for discipleship. We want to see entrepreneurs and investors grow strongly in their faith through what are some of the most formative experiences in their lives. We also believe that business is a great platform through which to share the Gospel. Creativity, innovation and other aspects of work provide opportunities to show how the Holy Spirit works in and through us. Through excellence, God is glorified. As followers of Jesus, we are commissioned to make disciples who then go out to make more disciples. At Telos we seek to fulfill this mission by loving and working with our community to build God-glorifying Gospel-centered ventures.
