The Daisan Bank, Ltd. (the Bank) is a Japan-based regional bank. The Bank operates in three business segments. The Banking segment is engaged in the provision of banking services, including deposit, loan, domestic and foreign exchange services, among others. The Leasing segment is engaged in the provision of general leasing services. The Others segment is involved in the provision of cash arrangement services, manpower dispatching services, computer calculation services, real estate collateral assessment services, credit guarantee services and credit card services. The Bank has six subsidiaries.
