Trinergy M&A advisory was created in 2010 as a spin-off from Trinergy Finance’s M&A division with a clear emphasis on assisting Chinese companies in expanding and integrating into the global market. We equally target on assisting oversea companies to acquire or form joint-ventures with Chinese companies in order to expand their operations into China.
