Two River invests directly into companies that meet our Investment Criteria. These are typically companies with experienced management teams that have had prior success demonstrating an ability to build businesses. Two River is uniquely positioned to understand and balance the needs of the financial and drug development communities. The Two River team often works closely with our portfolio companies on operational activities which may include product development, regulatory and corporate strategy and day-to-day business operations. We consider each of our investments to be a partnership. We invest in life science companies with outstanding technology and look for talented management teams that possess a long-term vision for growing shareholder value. We invest as early as the first round of funding.
