Vintage Financial Limited is the result of a partial merger in 2004 of two independent financial adviser (IFA) firms, Bond & Stein plc and Aztec Financial Limited. Two companies already successful in their own right, have now created one of the most successful financial services businesses in North London. Both Bond & Stein and Aztec Financial were highly developed businesses which started in the early nineties. Vintage Financial Limited now employs circa 50 people in various roles assisting clients from employee benefits to individual wealth management. The directors and senior advisers within the firm each have in excess of 15 years experience and some have worked in Financial Services for over 25 years. Vintage Financial has created and expanded key departments including employee benefits, corporate protection, private medical, mortgages, tax planning and wealth management. Clients range from successful entrepreneurs to large quoted corporates. The IFA business has mainly developed through associations with professional connections, receiving introductions from several medium sized accountancy practices and law firms in London. The firm has recently acquired two successful IFA businesses which have been incorporated into the Vintage brand The Directors anticipate the Group will continue to expand ensuring that the Vintage brand becomes synonymous with quality advice and forward thinking ideas.
