Vista Financial Services (Vista FS) is a private company, incorporated in Namibia as a Cross-Corporation under the Namibian Company Act, and it is wholly owned by black Namibians. Vista Financial Services is licensed by Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA) since 2010 to do business in both short-term and long-term insurance industries, and accordingly provides financial and investment advisory services. On the short-term insurance business, Vista FS products are underwritten by Mutual & Federal and SANTAM, while on the long-term insurance business; Vista FS has contracts with Old Mutual, Metropolitan, SWABOU Life, Prosperity Life and Liberty Life. The Head Office of Vista FS is located in Windhoek, with a structure to provide hand-on management by highly qualified management and professional team. Vista FS is in the process of opening additional offices across the country, with Oshakati and Walvis Bay identified as two Namibian business hubs that merit our immediate presence.
