Our full range of services Private Wealth Private wealth is the provision to our clients of our full advice giving services via a single lead adviser. Accountancy and Taxation We provide compliance services to small and medium businesses, with a focus on training and improving business management and efficiency (see Business Consultancy). We also provide taxation and other services to individual clients who we consider are the grass roots to our successful diversified business. The advisory focus for businesses, their owners and personal customers is based on achieving wealth creation goals unless otherwise stated (see Wealth Creation). We find that most clients in small and medium business are still primarily focused on building the personal wealth of the business owners. Business Consultancy Consulting to management with strategies and advice on improving business performance and profitability, the focus here can be on financial and non financial issues so that the stated goals are achieved. We also advise on business structures, sound business practices and adequate business documentation between staff, partners and customers. We find that good businesses share a lot of things in common. Coaching and Mentoring Adrian is an experienced chartered accountant and wealth adviser who has been coaching clients to realise their life goals for 20 years. He reaches beyond the initial focus of financial goals and independence into the client’s personal realm, mentoring through challenging life events such as divorce, business disputes, loss of family members and estate matters as well as other law suits. A holistic skill set is applied from professional, business, teaching and personal experiences in his own unique manner. Wealth Creation Upon determining how the client defines wealth and what level of desire and resources they have or want, we then can advise and assist with appropriate strategies they may pursue. It is important to determine how they define wealth as the spectrum of advice differs from long term asset accumulators to short and medium term focused spenders. We encourage clients to have goals so that they can appreciate and implement the advice we provide and enjoy and measure the success of their efforts. The process allows for realistic expectations and our experience and knowledge allows a filter removing unscrupulous, unethical or unreasonable investment choices. We also educate and assist clients to focus on the correct factors to achieve their goals as many people are mistakenly focused on tax minimization measures as the only method of achieving wealth creation. Financial and/or Retirement Planning We have always approached advice with a planning perspective but VJC Wealth Management exists to facilitate a professional and complete planning service for clients who want or need more. As licensed advisers we provide the ability to document, implement, monitor and pursue advice to achieve our clients stated goals. We believe that it is easier to arrive at a desired outcome if you are aware and focused on where it is you wish to go. Advice and implementation are broken down into manageable segments to assist the clients understanding and progress in the process. Investment and Superannuation advisory We can advise specifically on investments and/or superannuation including the set up and maintenance of self managed superannuation funds (SMSF). We advise you on asset allocations, diversification, the use of various structures, gearing and investment strategies to enhance your objectives taking into account the latest in industry and legislative changes. Personal and Family Protection We would like you to achieve Family Protection, this is essentially achieved through advice on various combinations of insurances provided in the most efficient manner as well as Business and Key person strategies. We can not stress the importance of adequate protection in any business or financial plan. Estate Planning Crucially your wills and other estate planning measures are there to ensure that your wealth is directed as desired. If your estate is large, affairs are complex or you want the most wealth delivered to your estate and its beneficiaries then you will need advice. We believe in most cases that specialist lawyers should be used and find this is often the most overlooked segment in the process. Mortgage Lending Our advice is the difference. VJC Lending & Finance has experienced and dedicated mortgage brokers with access to most major and minor lenders to provide you with the appropriate advice and loan. Where we excel compared to many other businesses and brokers is that we use our Accounting, Tax, Planning, Gearing and lending expertise to assist and instruct the brokers on the appropriate loan features required and inform you the client on the correct structure for your loan/s. There are synergies in our service, incredibly this service is provided at no cost to you due to the banks level playing field policy on broking. Equipment and Vehicle Finance Our advice is the difference. VJC Lending & Finance has experienced partners in the provision of these forms of finance, and similar to the Mortgage Lending we use our Accounting, Tax, Planning, Gearing and finance expertise to assist and instruct our partners on the correct form of finance, there are synergies in our service.
