Richard and Robert began in an office in Wakefield Street Adelaide, along with two support staff, primarily providing insolvency and taxation services. In 1992, the firm acquired a business at West Lakes, headed up by David Wiseman, which further strengthened Freer Parker's business service offering. In the same year the Adelaide office moved to premises at 40 Sturt Street, and in 1999 the West Lakes office merged with the Adelaide office.
