Crosstree Real Estate Partners was launched in 2011 to invest in property-related assets with an initial focus on the UK market. Unlike traditional institutional property funds with narrow return requirements and fixed investment periods, we are seeking to build a diversified portfolio across property sectors and the risk/return spectrum. With the substantial financial backing of the Bertarelli family, we have committed capital that is both versatile and longer-term oriented, enabling us to consider a range of opportunities and business plans. Big picture thinking, detailed execution At Crosstree, we are seeking real estate-related investment opportunities in the UK that offer compelling long term prospects achieved through hands-on business plans and attractive fundamentals. We can tailor investments to meet specific needs of partners or vendors and invest in direct assets, portfolios and companies across the capital structure. When an asset or strategy requires a specific skill set or capability we do not possess in-house, we will seek to join with proven partners or entrepreneurs to execute the plan. We are unbiased as to property type and analyse each opportunity based on the specifics of the investment. Our minimum investment size is currently £10 million with no maximum.
