D.S. Webb & Company, P.C. was formed by Certified Public Accountant, Duane Webb as a professional S-Corporation. It began operation in September 2007 with the purchase of Claney & Corbett, Ltd in Clarence. The firm of Claney & Corbett was started by Dean Claney in 1973. In 1984, Michael Corbett became partners with Mr. Claney. When D.S. Webb & Company, P.C. purchased Claney & Corbett, Ltd, Mr. Corbett joined the staff of D.S. Webb & Company, P.C. where he is currently employed. Later in the fall of 2007, Duane Webb established another office in Tipton. This office eventually became the centrally located office in 2011. D.S Webb & Company, P.C. then purchased the firm of Fritz Accounting & Tax Services in August of 2011. Fritz Accounting & Tax Services started in the early 1980's by Robert Fritz with the purchase of a local tax practice known as Martin Tax Service. Elizabeth Martin started Martin Tax Service around 1950. LeAnn Rahlf worked for Robert Fritz and when D.S. Webb & Company, P.C. purchased the business, LeAnn joined the staff where she is currently employed. In September 2015, the Clarence Office closed and moved/merged into the newly constructed office building in Tipton on 46 Spruce St., Ste 3. Mike Corbett is still on staff with D.S. Webb & Company, P.C.
