Intuitive Support Services Limited was founded by Debbie Condon in 2014, and is one of the first companies in the UK to specialise in providing experienced Financial Services Administrators to the industry, on an outsourced basis. Prior to starting the Company, Debbie was the Operations Manager for an Investment Management firm, and had worked in Financial Services for over 20 years. Debbie held various roles with both Product Providers, and Wealth Management firms, and is very experiended at managing and developing teams of Administrators. This experience also gave Debbie an excellent understanding of compliance and regulation, and an ability to create and streamline procedures. Creating a firm that provides support remotely also gave Debbie the flexibility to be dedicated to both a career, and her family, at the same time. That said, this was never a part time venture. In fact, far from it! Whilst our Head Office is based in Essex, our staff work remotely from their own offices in various locations around the UK, meaning we can support Advisers based anywhere. Intuitive Support Services Limited now have a team of 11 people, which consists of 9 Financial Services Administrators and also David Cruse, who is a Director and the Data Management Consultant.
