Kingdom Advisors

Kingdom Advisors’ roots were planted in 1997 when Larry Burkett, co-founder of Crown Financial Ministries, brought together 16 close friends and fellow professionals with a commitment to incorporating biblical wisdom into their advice and counsel and formed the Christian Financial Planning Institute (CFPI). In 2003, they set forth on a mission to advance this vision by creating a new organization that would take the lead in reaching out to the Christian financial professional community. Originally known as the Christian Financial Professionals Network (CFPN) under the leadership of Ron Blue, the organization began to grow and thrive over the next four years, and in 2007 was re-named Kingdom Advisors. With a focus on serving the financial professional community, Kingdom Advisors continues to strive to expand the knowledge and understanding of biblical financial wisdom so that Christian financial professionals are prepared and resourced to integrate these principles in their practices and client counsel. Ultimately, Kingdom Advisors is helping Christian financial professionals to realize and activate their spiritual calling for meaningful Kingdom influence and impact. Kingdom Advisors supports this process through: Inspirational and practical training and coaching that empowers professionals to integrate their faith and financial vocation. Kingdom Advisors Communities and Study Groups that locally network professionals across the country for encouragement, support, and accountability, helping them to implement their Kingdom Advisors training. An Annual Conference that brings together the Kingdom Advisors community for further inspiration, training, and encouragement. A Kingdom Advisors qualification process that identifies competent, capable Christian financial professionals who have completed the Kingdom Advisors Core Training and have committed to be people of character who, from a biblical worldview, serve clients with biblical financial advice in order to properly steward the resources entrusted to them. Today, there is an army of 1,360 Christian financial professionals in more than 72 communities in the United States and around the world who are engaged in pursuing this mission. They are finding purpose and meaning in their vocation, and are excited about the eternal impact they are having as they counsel their clients and work alongside their colleagues to live out their faith in their marketplace.
