Logic Ind Financial Advisers

The Company was founded in 1995 by Gary Walsh and traded as Moorside Independent Financial Services from Bleasby St in Oldham. In January 2001 the Company moved to 159 Yorkshire St, in Rochdale, changing its name to Rochdale Independent Financial Services. This was to compliment the purchase of Rochdale Insurance Services Ltd by Gary & Debra Walsh. In 2005 the Company changed its status to a Rochdale Independent Financial Services Limited bringing in Yianni Theodorou as a Director with the view to expand the Company along with Gary Walsh. Due to further expansion the Directors decided to move to larger premises in Littleborough, allowing the company to recruit more advisers. This would help the Company provide a better service to its existing clients along with any new clients. When the Directors decided to move to Littleborough it was decided to rebrand the Company using a trading style which would not tie the company to a particular trading area and to focus more on the service available. This is how Logic Independent Financial Advisers was created. The name “Logic” was formed meaning “the study of the principles of correct reasoning” which is the way we look at the company and how it provides our services to our clients.
