Matter Group AG

Matter Group AG is an independent holding company based in Meilen (Switzerland). Its core activity is the entrepreneurial management of company participations (active investments). In addition, Matter Group holds non-strategic investments, provides family office services for its own purpose and supports a range of charitable activities. The company was founded in 2005 by Thomas Matter, who is the sole shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. As the Chairman of Neue Helvetische Bank which he co-founded in 2011, and as the former Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the Swissfirst Group (now Bellevue Group), he has a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, specifically in the banking sector and the financial markets. At Matter Group, he uses that knowledge and instinct as an investor to offer new opportunities to companies with development potential. Matter Group is entirely self-financed and is not open to third-party investors.
