Milestone Home Loans was formed in 2002 as a local mortgage company aimed at providing superior customer service and flexible, affordable loan programs. Based out of our office in Somersworth, NH, we are licensed to provide loans for both NH and ME, as well as loans for residential and commercial purposes. Brian Settele (NMLS Loan Officer #110752) is the owner and primary loan broker/officer for our company. His experience includes over 20 years in the mortgage industry, with the past 12 years being owner of Milestone, a growing mortgage company in the NH Seacoast and surrounding areas.
