NEINVER Germany was founded in 2008 when the Group acquired the Zweibrücken Designer Outlet, an iconic centre on the German market, for NEINVER'S IRUS investment fund. By expanding, upgrading and transforming the centre under The Style Outlets brand, NEINVER turned Zweibrücken The Style Outlets, managed until late 2016, into one of Germany’s exemplary centres. Through this transaction, NEINVER entered a new major market and continued the Group's European internationalisation strategy. In April 2016, NEINVER partnered with ITG Immobilien Treuhand GmbH to run the German Fashion Outlet Halle Leipzig, the first outlet centre in central Germany, which later joined The Style Outlets brand. Today, in addition to the management of Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets, NEINVER is developing a new centre that will be located in Werl, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany.
