2005, Getin Holding completed the purchase of Wschodni Bank Cukrownictwa (The Eastern Sugar Industry Bank), whose branches were included in our sales network in 2006. Banking licence and capital of Wschodni Bank Cukrownictwa (The Eastern Sugar Industry Bank) served to build Noble Bank. As of 4 January 2010, a merger of Getin Bank S.A. and Noble Bank S.A. has created Getin Bank S.A. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, a local bank a few years ago, Getin Noble Bank S.A. is now becoming one of the key players in retail banking and the most recognisable bank providing products and services to the wealthiest customers. The merged bank will continue to provide private-banking services to the wealthiest customers under the Noble Bank brand and separate Noble Bank branches will continue to provide services to customers. No changes to the existing processes and procedures will require changes to existing agreements, credit cards or bank account numbers and, therefore, require customers to contact the bank to update any documents. The main changes include centralising the majority of administrative functions, which will strengthen the bank’s position in the financial sector. We will work all the time to develop our financial services and will focus on providing high-quality customer service. We believe that all this will directly translate into a stronger positive image of our institution.
