Peter & Partners is a new name on the international arbitration circuit and brings together experienced international arbitration practitioners. In serving our clients, our firm relies on decades of collective experience as both counsel and arbitrator in hundreds of cases. Our work focuses on representing corporate, sovereign and private clients in international disputes, before arbitral tribunals and state courts. We advise and represent parties in contractual disputes as well as disputes arising from foreign direct investments (under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties) and public international law. In addition, we have particular expertise acting for both applicants and respondents challenging or confirming international arbitration awards in proceedings before the Swiss Federal Tribunal (Supreme Court). The firm’s structure and its specialist practice allows us to provide our clients with high value advice throughout all stages of a dispute, from the assessment of potential liability and pre-arbitration negotiations (and dealing with any early interim measures), through the preparation of written submissions, and conduct of the hearing, to any post-award challenges and asset recovery.
