PierreVillage Inc. is a real estate development company founded in 1987 by Ted Quint. Its activities are the development, construction and management of industrial, commercial and office buildings. It presently owns and manages a large portfolio of properties in the greater Montreal area. The majority of its assets are located on the South Shore of Montreal on Taschereau Boulevard, Matte Boulevard, Ignace Street and Java Street near highways 10 and 30. Most of PierreVillage commercial buildings are in the high traffic area of Taschereau Boulevard in Brossard and on chemin Saint-Jean in La Prairie. Its industrial buildings are located in Brossard’s Industrial Park near Taschereau Boulevard and highway 30. PierreVillage Inc. also possesses a large land bank of industrial and commercial sites on the North and South Shore of Montreal. The company has extensive experience in residential development having serviced and sold thousands of lots in the cities of Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Brossard, La Prairie, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Saint-Bruno, and Laval. All of PierreVillage operations are now managed under the Quintcap banner who is an active developer, manager and builder of industrial, commercial, residential and hotel properties.
