Sharelink securities and financial services Ltd
Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd (SLSFS) is a member of the Cyprus and Athens Stock Exchanges, and also licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to offer brokerage, asset management, investment banking, personal investment and corporate advisory services.
In 1988, Share Link Stockbrokers & Investment Consultants was established by Christodoulos Ellinas and Philip Larkos. The original aim of this company was to provide investment management for and on behalf of its clients. In 1996, the partnership evolved into Share Link Securities Ltd (SLS) and the company became a member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Combining its sound expertise in investment management with an innovative and research driven approach, within 2 years of time, the successful growth of SLS led to the establishment of Sharelink Financial Services Ltd (SFS), a broad based financial services group with a strong and highly reputable presence in the Cyprus as well as international markets. In 2002, the Group's second brokerage company, AAA United Stockbrokers, merged its operations with SLS. Furthermore, towards the end of 2002 as a result of the introduction of legal and regulatory requirements for financial services firms, all the financial services that were until then provided by the different subsidiary companies of the Group (Share Link Securities Ltd, Share Link Asset Management Ltd, SFS Corporate Analysis Ltd., CapitalAsset Link Ltd) were transfered to one company, Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd (SLSFS). SLSFS obtained its licence from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) in May 2003, as a result of which it is a fully regulated financial services institution (KEPEY) licensed to offer the full range of financial services.
