Carey Group was established in Luxembourg in February 2007 offering trust and fund services through Carey S.A., a licensed Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) supervised by Commission de Surveillance due Secteur Financier (the ‘CSSF’) In Luxembourg it assists institutional and private clients with tailor-made services in the incorporation, domiciliation and management of Luxembourg incorporated SOPARFI’s, SICARs, SIFs, securitisation companies and private asset management companies. Institutional clients include national and international banks as well as audit and law firms. It can also provide support services for fund structures as a registrar, transfer and administration agent as well as experience in the admission of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
