We are an international association of independent accounting and advisory firms that provide a one-stop shop managed solution for all your global accounting, payroll and HR needs.
2000 NIS Set up by Nortons UK and an initial team of ex EY colleagues from France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain and Belgium. They met at the founding meeting in London’s Heathrow Airport to discuss support for mutual US HQ Clients. 2001 Group named NIS Europe and membership continued to expand from the initial 8 countries. Non-European projects built working relationships with service providers around the world. 2005 NIS Asia & Pacific set up. Members from India, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia met NIS Europe representatives at a kick off meeting at the Park Lane Hotel, Hong Kong. 2008 NIS formed a strategic alliance with SCS Global across Asia. 2009 NIS members in Israel & UAE join. 2010 NIS Renamed NIS Global to recognise an ever widening geographic reach. Projects include work in South Africa, Russia, and Canada, as well as clients inbound to USA. 2012 Reflecting our large US technology & lifescience client base, NIS Global opened their business development office in San Francisco. 2013 Increasing projects in Latin America. Educational “Doing Business in..” event series launched in Silicon Valley starting with European and Asia “headquarters” countries Ireland and Singapore. 2014 NIS members in Brazil and Canada join. NIS Global client portal launched.
