Our company successfully obtained a license from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to engage principally in brokerage activities and proprietary trading under the license number 025/04. The license entitles our company to operate both locally and to markets inside and outside the European Union. In 2005, Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Limited opened a Branch in London United Kingdom named ‘Alfa Capital Markets’. The Branch is an extension for cooperate finance advisory and underwriting services offered by our Company in the international capital markets.
