Our clients are investment funds, holding companies, trading companies, companies listed at the stock exchange, medium and small sized family business. All shareholders have an extensive experience in the trust and corporate business of over 15 years, with previous management duties in big international firms. All of them are directely and deeply implicated into the management of GTA and the follow on relationship with the clients. Our three teams, corporate departments, accounting departments and administrative department, are fully qualified and able to provide a large range of services in their respective area of competence, working in a straight way with the other departments. The corporate team is in charge of the day by day management of the companies, including but not limited, all steps required for the approval of the annual accounts, their publication, preparation of any documents or proxies related to any kind of ordinary and extraordinary activity of the companies. The accounting team is in charge of overall bookkeeping, payments, preparation and filing of tax returns, VAT tax returns and in general of the preparation of the annual accounts in accordance with the country by-laws requirements. The administrative team is supporting the other teams in several administrative aspects. The main services provided by the three teams are: to make available directors and officers to the Company; to provide a registered office to the Company; to safely keep the corporate documents as well as any other documents which GTA may deem appropriate to be kept in the corporate file; to prepare the yearly tax declaration; to accept any and all notices, correspondence, telegrams, fax messages, telephonic advice or other communications to the Company; to organize the annual shareholders' meetings; to take care of the publications required by the law and dispatching of the notices to that effect; to provide administrative and accounting services relating to the preservation and keeping of the books, the preparation of annual accounts or other periodic reports, which have to be delivered to the Company’s shareholders or to administrative or governmental authorities; to prepare the minutes of the meetings of the shareholders and the attendance lists as well as the minutes of the meetings of the board; to register, deposit and publish by way of excerpt the resolutions of the shareholders and of the board as may be required from time to time by Luxembourg law; to register and deposit the approved annual accounts and to monitor the tax filings being done in due course; to perform such other actions and services as may be requested from time to time.
