Russin & Vecchi is an international law firm with eleven independent but affiliated offices spanning the globe. The firm was founded in 1969 in Bangkok, Saigon, Santo Domingo, and Washington, D.C., to create an international practice serving the developing commercial environments of Asia and Latin America. The Russian Practice Group, consisting of the Washington, Moscow, Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk offices, was formed in 1991 to carry on the firm’s tradition of making legal services available in emerging economies. The Russin & Vecchi offices practice independently and are not in a relationship for the joint practice of law. In Thailand the firm is known as International Legal Counsellors Thailand ("ILCT"). The firm provides legal services relating to international commercial and financial transactions, foreign investment, infrastructure projects, exports, the sale of goods and services, and similar matters for clients based in Asia, America, and Europe. This work involves a wide range of legal issues relating to the international aspects of corporate and business law, and other factors unique to cross-border transactions. ILCT is one of the best-known law offices in Bangkok.
