Founded in 2013, Kairos Real Estate Partners, LLC is an owner and operator of office properties, focusing on assets in the Eastern U.S., with a specific focus on the Mid-Atlantic region, and select markets where the principals have significant experience. Kairos invests with institutional partners and high net worth individuals across the risk spectrum, where value can be added through leasing, hands-on asset management and property repositioning. Kairos has acquired two suburban Philadelphia office properties, totaling nearly 600,000 square feet of rentable area. Prior to founding Kairos, Stephen Gleason acquired, asset managed, financed and/or leased 26 properties totaling 9.5 million square feet of office space during his 22-year real estate career. In addition, Mike Corvasce acquired, financed or asset managed 34 projects totaling 6.6 million square feet of office space during his 11-year real estate career.
