Presently SNORAS group is the only group of companies in the Baltic States which manages three banks: AB bank SNORAS, AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” and the investment bank “Finasta”. SNORAS group comprises the total of 37 companies providing the services of banking, leasing, real estate management, monetary funds, securities, and funds management. The group directly manages 8 subsidiary companies and indirectly – 27 subsidiary companies providing services to the participants of the market in the Baltic States, Ukraine and Russia – via UAB “SNORO LIZINGAS”, UAB “SNORAS Investment Management“, UAB "SNORAS Media", AB “Finasta Holding”, and AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. AB bank SNORAS, established in 1992 as the regional bank in Šiauliai city, was renamed to AB bank SNORAS in 1993. AB bank SNORAS, during nineteen years of its activity, has become one of the largest banks in Lithuania and it has the widest territorial customer service network in Lithuania. The network comprises 253 subdivisions: 10 regional branches of the bank, 13 branch outlets and 230 savings units (mini-banks – “mini Snoras”). In Lithuania, the bank has 339 ATMs and according to this number it occupies the second place in the market. Presently more than 1100 employees work in AB bank SNORAS; the bank provides its services to more than 1million 143 thousand clients. AB bank SNORAS successfully consolidates its positions in the Lithuanian retail banking market and expands its activity in the European Union member states.
