Summit was founded in 2009 and has successfully deployed its value-add multifamily strategy across its 2500+ unit portfolio, generating significant improvement in operating performance and substantial returns for its investors in the process. Summit's management team is comprised of professionals with 75 cumulative years of expertise in real estate investment and management, law, construction, and finance. Summit's predecessor company at one time owned over 15,000 multifamily units and approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial assets located throughout the US. Our philosophy is simple: Summit wants to create great returns for our investors by creating great apartment communities. We do so by repositioning subpar assets into vibrant, safe, family-oriented communities with responsive management while optimizing financial performance to produce attractive returns for Summit and our partners.
