TRPC’s service offerings range from fully-bundled solutions to unbundled arrangements, giving employers the flexibility to build a retirement program best suited to the needs of the business and its employees. Under a “bundled” arrangement, TRPC will serve as both daily valuation recordkeeper and third-party administrator (TPA). An “unbundled” arrangement consists of either 1) TRPC serving as daily valuation recordkeeper, with administration services being provided by a TPA local to the employer, or 2) TRPC serving as TPA, with investments and recordkeeping services delivered by another provider. Among the broad range of consulting and compliance services offered by TRPC are defined benefit/actuarial services. Defined benefit plans (including cash balance plans) may be administered by TRPC either on a stand-alone basis, or in conjunction with a defined contribution plan as part of a DB/DC combination plan arrangement. TRPC is exceptionally cost-competitive, which helps employees build wealth and prepare for retirement.
