In this regard, any transaction, event, circumstance, or action that would impair the firm's independence or violates its integrity and objectivity policy, on a compilation, review, audit, forecast, projection, or attestation engagement is prohibited.
Our History
LeGlue & Company, CPAs, L.L.C. (LeGlue) is a local certified public accounting and management advisory services firm serving clients in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast for the past 30 years. The firm was organized in January 1994 but has deep roots in the New Orleans Community through our predecessor firm which was established in 1950.
We have a diverse clientele base, and many of these clients have been associated with the firm for over 25 years, demonstrating our goal in seeking to establish long-term relationships with our clientele.

David is the managing partner at LeGlue, and an audit, accounting, and tax principal. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1976 and has over 45 years of public accounting experience.
Michael graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting. He began his career in public accounting in January 2013 and has been with LeGlue and Company, CPAs since then. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2017.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1974 and has over 50 years of public accounting experience.
Tiffany graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She then went on to get her Masters in Taxation at the University of New Orleans. Tiffany began her career in public accounting in 2009 and has been with LeGlue and Company, CPAs since 2016. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2010.
Kenneth Perret is a tax partner at LeGlue and the in-house IT specialist. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1973 and has over 50 years of public accounting experience. Over his career Mr. Perret has been qualified as an expert witness on numerous occasions in various courts. Courts have appointed Kenny to represent estates as the co-executor and to be president of corporations during administration and liquidation of the entities. He currently holds positions as trustee for various trusts as well as director for a tax-exempt organization.
Ellis received his Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Loyola University in 1974 and has over 40 years of public accounting experience. He has been qualified on various occasions as an expert witness in state and Federal courts, have served as Executor of estates, trustee for a number of trusts, and has been appoints by the Court to serve as Receiver. In the past Ellis has also performed quality reviews of public accounting firms’ auditing and accounting practices under the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting guidelines.
Kevin graduated from Louisiana State University in December of 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting. He has over 18 years of public accounting experience and is currently the Quality Control Partner for our firm. Kevin was previously a partner at a top 20 accounting firm where he provided audit, review, compilation, and consulting services to construction, commercial entities, along with nonprofit organizations (including numerous charter schools).
